Custom UI Action not visible on sys_email table in Service Operations Workspace.

Hi @Everyone,
I have created a custom UI Action “Create Incident” on the sys_email table. The button is visible and working in the native UI, but it is not appearing in Service Operations Workspace (SOW).
This issue started occurring after the instance upgrade.
I have attached screenshots for reference.
