Edit "[opened for] tasks" section in "Requester information" sidebar on Interaction

Hello,

I am attempting to edit a few things within the "Requester information" sidebar on the interaction record. I need to be able to edit the default filter of the tasks that are being checked in the "[opened_for] tasks" section of the sidebar component. I would also like to show some kind of message or styling within the card that will indicate that some of the recent tasks are still active. 

I have included some screen shots of the area I am referring to below. 

I have searched the docs site but cannot find anything relevant to what I am attempting to achieve. Any direction would be greatly appreciated!

Did you figure anything out? I need to make some changes to the top section, where the user details are shown.

Nothing yet. I have also created a HI case to ask the same question. I will let you know if I get more direction.

@Ryan Spradlin have you worked this one out yet? Or has anyone else gotten anywhere with being able to edit the default filter on "[opened for]'s tasks" ?
