Does anyone know where to edit the message when an ITIL user logs a request ticket from the SOW saying Than you! Your request has been been submitted. I want the View Details button to bring me to the RITM instead of the REQ

Above SP widget is the one which has definition of how the view details button must behave. Customising this widget may help you but I would recommend you to try this only if you have played around with service portal widgets in the past and are familiar enough to test the impact of changes to this widget.

Thanks for that I have a non prod instance which I can test cloning and editing this widget
