Help with Email Error on Agent Workspace

The ask from my Manager was to add Email to EM_Alerts from workspace. I added it to the table so the "compose email" shows up. Which if you go directly to the Alert non workspace it works. But when you try to send from the Alert you get the following error below. I don't know workspace at all so not sure what I do differently. I don't even see a "From" email on that form. But like I said it's working on the Task Level.

@Wendy Peterson  Please follow this document which explains how to set from metadata for email client on legacy workspace along with other email client configurations needed to work well in agent workspace aka legacy workspace.
