How can I change the default list name from Spanish to English in the Service Operations Workspace?

In the Service Operations Workspace, under Lists → Default Lists, the list appears as “Casos – Todos”.
Since it is a default/system list, I can only see the option “Save a copy” and I’m not able to rename it.
Is there a way to translate or rename this default list to English, or is this controlled by system localization or admin settings?

In Service Operations Workspace, the list shown as “Casos – Todos” is an out-of-the-box default/system list, so it cannot be renamed directly. For this type of list, ServiceNow only allows the “Save a copy” option, and the rename option is intentionally disabled.
The list name appears in Spanish because it is controlled by system localization and language settings, not by the list itself. The terms Casos and Todos come from the active language pack or user/system language configuration.
To see the list in English, an admin would need to adjust the user or system language settings or review the installed language packs. Without admin access, the only available option is to save a copy of the list and rename that copy for personal use.
Directly renaming or translating the default list is not supported, as these system lists are shared and protected from modification.

It is because the instance language/locale for your login session is set to spanish or the spanish language pack is active and being used to render u labels............and those default workspace list titles come from the platform translation tables (sys_ui_message / translated fields) rather than something you can simply rename directly on the workspace list itself.........so to change it to english you either switch the user preferred language or the instance default language under system properties > system localization (so english is active and preferred) and/or install/update the appropriate english language pack so that the english message text is used instead of the spanish one, or use the localization framework.......

seems your language is not English.
Try switching language as English in your Preferences and then see, it should show in English
Seems there is a translation record added for workspace list for the language you are currently using and hence it's rendering in that
