How do I get my Form Tabs (Incident) to work in a Workspace

carlsimpson

Outside of a Workspace, I have a long Incident and Change Request form.  Having tabs in the form makes navigation easier.  When I moved to Workspace, all my Sections stopped being tabs.  I have one long run-on wall of fields.  Everything is under Details.  Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Are there any recommended videos on working with the forms outside of the Overview page?

@carlsimpson

you can create form sections so that agents can collapse similar to how INC form is there.

I don't think any other way available to handle this

HI @carlsimpson,

do I understand it right - that you want to get a native UI form to be the same in SOW?

If so, there are few ways how to.

First > go to SOW > open any incident (or form that you want to update) and click this:

or

go to the Native UI incident form and do this:

(perhaps switching a scope will be required)

Let me know if this answered your question or if I was completely off :))
