How do you interact with the client using the Service Operations Workspace

Hello,
How do you reach out to your client in the workspace?
I know you can post public comments or email them on the incident screen.
But from the interaction screen can you send public comments?

Hi @prakriti-arora,
Out of the box the interaction table doesn't have an Additional Comments field. Try to add this field, similar to the incident table, to use public comments.

Hello,
You can add the 'Comments' field, if it's not present. In my case it is present in the yellow highlighted part.
Also, if you want to interact with UI actions (button, links, etc.), you can use 'Workspace Client Scripts' in the UI Action.
