How to add hyperlink for a field in Service Operational WORKSPACE

Hello all

How to add a Knowledge Base (KB) article link as a clickable hyperlink within a specific field on the Incident and Problem forms in the Workspace View.
Could you please provide  how to implement this functionality

Use either text(html) or URL field type. Simple
