Try these
steps:
- Type
sys_m2m.listin the application navigator and press Enter - Click New
- Set From table =
problem - Set To table =
sn_customerservice_case - Click Create Many to Many
- Add the new related list to the Problem form via Configure → Related Lists
This will give you the "Edit" button (slush bucket style) on the related list, which lets you associate existing Case records with a Problem record.

This is not relevant as this ONLY works for the legacy/classic view. the SOW has NO easy menu to add a new option.
