How to add the ADD button to the cases related list on problem record in serviceoperations workspace

Hi Team,

 

Could you please help me with how to add the ADD button to the  cases related list on problem record in sow.?T

Try these 

steps:

  1. Type sys_m2m.list in the application navigator and press Enter
  2. Click New
  3. Set From table = problem
  4. Set To table = sn_customerservice_case
  5. Click Create Many to Many
  6. Add the new related list to the Problem form via Configure → Related Lists

This will give you the "Edit" button (slush bucket style) on the related list, which lets you associate existing Case records with a Problem record.

This is not relevant as this ONLY works for the legacy/classic view. the SOW has NO easy menu to add a new option.
