How to edit the preview popup for incident list view?

In service operation workspace incident list view there is a preview button, once the user clicks that button preview popup will come with some details of the incident. How to edit that preview popup window.

 I have to make read-only for all fields and add some fields.

Kindly let me know how to fulfill this requirement.

These links describe reference field preview popup not Workspace preview popup which I motioned above.

If there is any other solution you have for Service Operation workspace please let me know.
