On-call schedule - schedule absence not working as expected

Good day all

I am busy testing our on-call schedules. I impersonated a user (A) and tried scheduling an absence on a day on which person A is not on call. So I right clicked on person B's name and then 'schedule absence'. It did schedule the absence, which is not the expected behavior. Should the system not stop the user from doing that?

I got this error, but the absence has been created anyway. ("Part of the query on sys_user_presence has been ignored because of insufficient access for 'query_match' operation on sys_user_presence.user")

I did this test to prevent any user from scheduling an absence on behalf of someone else without them knowing.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Could you please share the steps / screenshots of how you were able to add absence for person B.
