How to modify/edit service operation workspace ?

I have a requirement where need to add UI action in incident record page create a change dropdown.
there is a ui called convert inc to request in standard view, that action need to be added in workspace, here in the drop down of create change request.

Hi,
1. Navigate to System definition -> UI actions. Make sure the workspace form button and format for configurable workspace is checked
2. Navigate to Now experience framework -> Form action layout groups and filter by incident table
3. Add Convert incident to request UI action to the actions list

Hi @Shruti , thank you for the detail explanation, i have added it but there is no action happening when clicked on it? do i need to add/create/write anything to it?

Thank you @Shruti it really helped me a lot, there are couple other requirements are there which i am currently working on service operation workspace which is completely new to me, could you help me achieve/complete the requirement
Requirement 1: In the service operation workspace - when a major incident is proposed, the impact should be changed to Everyone, the urgency should be changed to blocking critical business, and the priority should be changed to critical
Requirement 2: Interaction record - caller not found check box and functionality needs to be added. Free text fields for caller name, caller email, and caller phone number need to be present.

you already have an OOTB button in workspace for this as per what I shared above.
Did you create a fresh one for your requirement?
