Ideas to replace a custom formatter for Service Operations Workspace?

In the old UI, we created a custom formatter that showed all work notes and customer comments for all SCTASKs belonging to an RITM.  We did this because notes are often missed, causing the fulfiller to do something or communicate something that creates a conflict.  The fulfillers love the formatter and rely on it.  Now that we are using Service Operations Workspace, the custom formatter no longer works.

 

Does anyone have an idea of what kind of replacement can be created?  The data doesn't need to be stored, just visible in one location.

It is all in one location: the workspace. You can open the RITM from the Task and see all comments there. You should ensure that the information that is needed on more than one Task, is available on the RITM (copy comments/close notes) or even copied from the RITM to the Tasks it is for.

I suppose there is no OOTB component available and you need to build your own custom component for that.

Hi Maik,

That's correct, I can't use the formatter in SOW and I don't see anything that may be like it.  My original thought is to use the sidebar with a custom list, a bit like the Recommended Actions functions, but that is using AI and I don't need or want AI for this functionality.  I just need to consolidate comments and work notes for a request into one location.
