In Servic Operation workspace, list button Approval should hide if there are not approvals

I have to hide 'Approval' button from sow list if there is not approval 

How to achive this does anyone have any idea?

why would approver go to SOW to approve?

SOW is meant for agents and not approvers

Approvers can do approval from these methods

1) Portal -> My Tasks

OR

2) By replying to email

now there is 0 approvals , 0 records, so it should hide from list and when to show when there are approvals.

I have shared the image below, should hide 'Approval' from sow list.

that's not going to happen

Out of the box this is not supported

the list will be shown irrespective of records are there or not satisfying the condition

But the main question still remains unanswered
