In SOW, List CMBD Restrict visibility to admin role only

Hello @all,

I have requirement eher In Service Operation workspace, there is list 'CMDB',

I hav to hide list from non admin user

I have created audiences, and list applicability where 'PC' is CMDB's category.

If anyone have worked on this or have any information, please let me know, it will be helpful,

Hi, Your setup is correct, but this looks like a SOW limitation. For SOW, role‑based control works better than Audience‑based visibility for CMDB.
