Incident Task Widget

I'm trying to create a new widget to display any incident tasks (incident_task) that have been created and currently unassigned then add the widget under the Overview section of the Service Operations Workspace landing page. I've looked up a lot of documentation but can't seem to get my head around it

Go to UI builder, create a duplicate of the landing page for SOW if you are still using the OOB one and add a data visualization of unassigned Incident Tasks from there.

Thanks for the reply I appear to have made a copy of the service desk landing page I can see the overview sub page select edit content and not sure how to proceed that's even if I'm in the right place

Once you created a duplicate of the landingpage and click on the 'editor' link, it opens on your screen in UI builder.

If you click in it on the place you want your report, you will see in which container you need to add it. On the left side, in the tree, you can do an 'add before' or 'add after' and select a data visualization as object to add. In the right pane you can select table and conditions.
