We have created action group in Azure and webhook endpoint in ServiceNow.
When alert is created azure side is working fine but the webhook endpoint we are getting the below error. Kindly help us to resolve the issue.
Error:-Emails from the webhook ServiceNow terminate (HTTP 401: The request was refused by the webhook endpoint) and Outlook were successfully created when the Action Group was created. Verify that the necessary authorization is in place.
