How to add "Collaborate" tab in the Contextual Side Panel Tab for Custom Workspace?

Hello,

I created custom configurable workspace for scoped application. I would like to add "Collaborate" tab in the Contextual Side Panel Tab. The goal is to integrate Teams chat.

Here's sample picture of SOW which is working fine but I need it for custom workspace.

I already tried all the links you post but it doesn't work for the Collaborate tab (I know how to add Response Template tab).
