Interactions details section coming as blank in service operations workspace

When we open existing interaction, form layout is coming as blank even the though the form layout is set correctly in proper scope. see the image.

You might have a page variant created. If yes, you need to set the order of your default page to a value higher than the page variant order. This might resolve the issue.
