Making the list view default in Widget Data Grid in SOW

Hi All,

On the service operations workspace overview page we have "Widget Data Grid" which shows some records depending upon the table we have selected. In the screenshot below I have taken "Task Table". The default view in "Widget Data Grid" upon loading the page is "Grid View". My requirement is to make the "List View" as the default view upon loading the workspace landing page. How do I achieve that?

Hello,

This can be achieved in UI Builder.

1. In UI Builder navigate to the homepage.

2. On the homepage click "Edit Content" on the "Overview" sub-page viewport.

3. Make a duplicate of the sub-page (It's best to turn the default one to inactive after doing this).

4. Open your duplicate sub-page.

5. Open the "Client State" parameters.

6. On the "gridSelected" client state, set the initial value slider to the off position.

7. Save the page and verify it loads correctly.

How have you modified the homepage/landing page of the SOW workspace, Can you please let me know, I've the same requirement. Looking for various methods but nothing seems to be working. Kindly help.

In the screenshot you mentioned, you have the "Task Table" details displayed, similar to your requirement, we have a requirement to display 'All Interactions', 'All Tasks' & 'Last 10 incidents' in a list view on the SOW Landing page Overview (which has Incidents assigned to your team, Incident SLAs, Unassigned incidents, Catalog tasks assigned to your team) but we want landing page similar to the Agent Workspace Homepage. Can you help me with how you have modified the Task table details? I'm adding the current SOW landing page and the expected landing page snapshots so you can understand better.
