Modify Service Operations Workspace Schedule Section

Hi!

How would I be able to add a new field in the Schedule > Edit Shift > Members tab within the Service Operations Workspace?

This is where I need a new field coming from the cmn_rota_roster table:

If you scroll down, not page but the window saying "Servicenow Admins" you will see an option to "add rotation".

By clicking on that you can add members. The screenshot you shared is not showing add rotation link because your window is zoomed in . Try scrolling down , the link to add rotation is present there.

Hi,

We actually need to add an extra field on that interface, Im aware of the buttons and fields available, just wondering if there is the possibility of adding another field from the table there

See if you are looking for below information, scroll down and you will get option to Add rotation and you can use New or Copy from previous
