Good afternoon all
I setup on-cal scheduling for our users but one of the requirements was that, if I cannot be on call, I want to discuss with a peer to stand in for me but the peer must schedule the absence? I know it works the other way around, but this lady said in an emergency she won't be fiddling with the on-call schedule on the phone. I just want to know if it possible, if not, I will just tell them that.
