I have a business requirement opening action plan library portal within CSM/FSM Configurable workspace. The same functionality as in "View Article" button when previewing the kb_knowledge record in the workspace. The thing is I need to have this new button as a field decorator.
I would like to reuse the ootb "Knowledge View" Parent Macroponent together with "Page Notification Record Link Clicked" Target event. Now, I face the issue that my target payload mapping in the UX Add-on Event Mapping is not working as expected, I've tried to hardcode the values there, but after clicking the button, nothing happens. I will be more than happy for any advice here.
