Open workspace links in new workspace tab

Hi Community,

I'm looking to create some links on a workspace dashboard to other dashboards but i'd like to open these within another workspace tab but cannot find anywhere to do this:

so I've created the below as an example:

and setting as an external url in the events section:

I've see from other posts from people using HTML but cannot even find anywhere to set this up.

Just getting no where, is this even possible in workspaces as my other option what to just add quick links to peoples homepage in workspaces
