Overview tab missing for Problem Record in Service Operations Workspace

Hi All,

 

In Yokohama, when you open problem record there is Overview tab visible in Service Operations Workspace. Below is screenshot from PDI(Yokohama version):

My instance is in Xanadu version. I am not able to find the same "Overview" tab in my instance. Can anyone help in troubleshooting or fixing this issue.

Hi @vaishnaviK95 ,

Navigate to the sys_ux_app_route table and find the record where "Screen Collection" Problem Overview Viewport

In this record, click the value/referenced record on the "Screen Collection" field which is "Problem Overview Viewport"

Within this record (sys_ux_screen_type), under the "UX Screens" related list, click on the "Problem Overview Viewport" record , make sure it's Active "True".

Note : If you cannot see the above configurations , then in xanadu release it would be missing as i am sharing this with yokohama release.

I got stuck at the first step itself. I can't find any "Problem Overview Viewport" under screen collection.

I am facing this issue in Xanadu version and screenshot as follow:

Hi @vaishnaviK95 ,

Then it doesn't exists on your system.

If you want in xanadu, you need replicate from yokohama.
