Hi Community,
In Service Operations Workspace, when users click on a widget in the dashboard, it navigates to a list view. In that list view, there is a column called “SLA code” which I want to display in the second position by default for all users (so they don’t have to personalize it manually).
Could you please guide me on how to configure this in Workspace? Is there a way to set this column order globally for all users without customizing individually?
Here’s a screenshot of the current list view for reference:
Thanks in advance for your help!

check the response from @Shruti and you can try that.
In UI builder you can see what view it's taking and accordingly you can change the fields in that view.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @Amitlokre
I don't this you can set the default list layout in the Home page.
SOW landing page view is linked to the actual list view (SOW left pane) but not the landing page list view
Regards,
Siva
