Resolved! REQ overall approval status is wrong?

hello community,  why is a REQ „Approval = Approved“ and „Request state = approved“, although the RITM is not approved yet, meaning there is also no SCTASK yet. how is that possible? can you please clarify me? thank you so much in advance
