Overview tab missing for Problem Record in Service Operations Workspace

Hi All,
In Yokohama, when you open problem record there is Overview tab visible in Service Operations Workspace. Below is screenshot from PDI(Yokohama version):
My instance is in Xanadu version. I am not able to find the same "Overview" tab in my instance. Can anyone help in troubleshooting or fixing this issue.

We have the same issue in our instance which is Yokohama, I have checked the above screens and it is set to TRUE and we still can't see the Overview in Problem through Service Operation Workspace, which means that the Functionality isn't working OOTB.
Any other ideas what we should be looking at?
