Performance Concerns in Rendering Forms with Related Records in Service Operations Workspace

We are facing a problem in the Service Operations Workspace where rendering a form for a record with numerous related records is time-consuming. For instance, loading a problem record with 6000 related incidents takes approximately 25 seconds.

I also tried switching the Display preference settings for “Loads related lists in classic forms” to "After the form loads" but observed no difference in the load time.

We also use the system property 'glide.ui.defer_related_lists', which was already set to True.

 

Checking with the community to see if anyone has faced a similar issue and resolved it.

The issue is fixed by removing certain fields from the activity stream. In this case, I have removed the related incidents.
