Recieving "Internal Server Error (500)" when opening Service Operations Workspace.

We have recently upgraded our instances to Vancouver Patch 5 and when opening Service Operations Workspace as an admin or non-administrative user an "Internal Server Error (500)" appears. You can continue to use the workspace however the error continuously appears. Has anyone encountered and resolved this issue? Based on other community docs it seems related to Query Business rules however the guidance on how to fix the issue is not clear.

Thanks,

Mitch M.

@Mitch Moran  -Try to install the latest version of the application from the application manager.  latest version is 3.1.0. if you are in the latest version, try once to repair the app. actually my PDI showed the same issue, but it got resolved when i tried to update the version

- On the affected instance go to the application manager(plugin) and check if @devsnc/wwna or 'Now Assist context menu' plugin is available
- Make sure that the APIs(WWNA) are enabled & issue is reproducible:

Please raise a Support Ticket and get the Update Set and import the update set to fix the issue.
