In Service Operation Workspace view, we need to add a one of the existing UI action & its functionality under the "Assigned to" section, which will show up when you click on the Right side panel list- Record Information as shown in below screenshot.
If anyone has idea on this how to configure this functionality in Right side panel list- Record Information in SOW, Kindly advise.

it's somewhat complex to add the button in that Assigned To card
You will have to identify the UI builder component for that, make a copy of that and then add button there
Why not show UI action instead on incident form?
OR
If you are asking to add new icon in Contextual side panel on right side then check this blog on how to show and what happens when it's clicked

@Ankur Bawiskar Hi, Thank you for providing suggestions on this, we're not trying to add the button in that 'Assigned To' card once you click 'Record Information' in the right side panel list in SOW view, but we're expecting to have a new card with one of the existing UI policy and its functionality under 'Assigned To card' as per the requirement we received. If you have any idea on how to achieve this, kindly let us know.
