Service operation workspace inbox status configuration?

i am able to see inbox for workspace when i click inbox the i want to see status and below options attaching the sample pic , how can i acheive this status configuration in inbox?

 

but currently i can see like this where can i configure this status in inbox?

Hi jai,

These states are part of Advanced Work Assignment. You can change it using Present States under All > Advanced Work Assignment > Settings.
