Service Operation Workspaces : Investigation tab

Hi Everyone,
How can we get the investigate tab in the incident form in SOW? I tried to install plugin Agent client collector for investigation in my PDI. Still that tab is not visible. Is anything more than that I need to do here?

I have done both in my PDI. Still not able to visible the investigate tab. Any suggestions?

Did you check whether plugin is installed or not correctly.

Could be reason, plugin might be paid and hence features are not accessible.
