We've made customizations in the Service Operations Workspace Core app scope. Captured to various update sets.
Do we:
a) Just complete and promote the update sets to the Test instance, OR
b) Publish Customizations To My App Repo using the Related Link on the Store Application record for the Service Operations Workspace Core
I believe b), is the best practice answer, but I can't seem to find a straight answer on this.
