Service Operations Workspace instead List View?

Does anyone know if ServiceNow has officially announced that the List View will be deprecated (no further development) and that SOW will "replace" the List View (development on SOW only, not on the List View)?

As far as I know, ServiceNow has not officially announced the deprecation of the List View in the Native UI.

However, ServiceNow is strongly encouraging users to adopt Configurable Workspaces (like SOW) for future development and enhanced user experiences.
