Service Operations Workspace lists won't load after Xanadu upgrade

Hi All,

could anyone help me out with this issue.

List is not loading on service operation workspace after xanadu upgrade,

I have checked ACL's as well.

I have found the issue users who ever have the snc_external for them only it's not visible.
