When using an Agent Assist Search Action on an open Interaction, specifically ones related to Catalog Items (Order, Submit, Request) I have a requirement that when the Catalog Item opens a commonly used variable is to be populated with the Opened for of the Interaction. This variable has a default value of javascript:gs.getUserID() which would be the Agent opening the form, but we want to override this with the Opened for of the Interaction. Not sure how to pass any parameters to the Catalog Item to accomplish this. Is this even possible?
