Upgrading Service Operations Workspace

Hi all, 

We need to upgrade to the latest version the " Service Operations Workspace".  It is very customized and in use. Do you think it will cause any problems?

Depends on how you customized. If you used best practices by duplicating pages and such, you are fine, but maybe you want some of the new functionality included in your own customization. If you changed a lot on the OOB stuff, you are in for a treat (skipped changes, validation, etc.)

Make a list of the changes you have done apart from the OOTB SOW and then upgrade and revisit the list and check/ Test again.
