ServiceNow BCM Workspace HIDE Assessment tab in BIA Records

1.I want to hide the "Assessment " Tab in BIA Records based on BIA Template
2. BIA Template names: anilbp.
3. On BCM Workspace> BIA records, while creating BIA record, if we selected BIA template is "anilbp.", I want to hide the "Assessment" Tab in BCM Workspace on BIA Records
