Show Workspace landing page when user logs in to the instance

Hello,

When an agent logs in to the instance , I have a requirement to show workspace landing page instead of default dashboard page to the agent .

Is this possible ?

In the Service Operation Workspace Admin Centre you've got an Inital Setup to configure the Agent Landing Page Redirection : 

This should help you configure automatic redirection to the SOW.

For redirecting an agent when he/she logs in to the instance you can create systemp property and then add user

criteria to show workspace landing page to the agent. Below I am attaching system properties I created for similar requirement.
