We have an SLA response with these start, pause, and stop conditions illustrated in the images.
Current operation:
1. The user submits the INC and the SLA response is created.
2. The SLA completes when the "assigned to" is set.
3. If the assignment group changes, the "assigned to" is removed and the state goes to NEW, which starts a new SLA.
How can the condition be modified so that the SLA response is not duplicated when the group changes, the state is NEW, and "assigned to" is empty?

Use a reset condition. Example below.
Note: You screenshots were not working so I would also suggest that you make sure that the response SLA do not have a retroactive start.
