We recently created a custom workspace to replace the Service Operations Workspace. The decision was made to build this new custom workspace from scratch rather than copy the SOW and alter the copy as needed.
one of the issues we are facing is with the SNUtils extension. Typically when we click on a blank space in any workspace list view we get a number of SNUtils options to appear including a n icon that allows us to open the same list in the native UI.
But when we do this in the new custom workspace, none of these SNUtils options appear. Instead we get a single word "param" near the top of the workspace list which cannot be clicked.
I'm hoping someone can tell us what needs to be configured to allow SNUtils to be available in a custom workspace.
