SOW Incident Resolve Dialog Box

Hi! 

 

After looking through a lot of community questions, ServiceNow Docs etc., I am still wondering how to configure the SOW Dialog Box that appears when clicking on the "Resolve" UI Action in the Service Operations Workspace (see picture).

What I want to do is to add an Incident field to the Dialog Box, which is not mandatory.

This seems like a good option to configure the modal, but I can't see a View named "SOW Incident Resolve Modal" for Incident. Did I miss something? I don't want to dive deep into customization on this one.

Hi @Benjamin_T 

 

you have to update the SOW app to the latest version. After that you will find the described views in your instance:
