SOW – Reference fields showing multiple table options in DEV but not in TEST/PreProd

Hi all,
In Service Operations Workspace (SOW), reference fields like Approval for, Caller, and Assigned to behave differently across environments.
In TEST / Preprod, fields appear as simple reference fields.
In DEV, the same fields expand into multiple table options such as Contact, Consumer User, and different Task types.
Steps to reproduce:
Open Service Operations Workspace (SOW)
Navigate to My Approvals (or any list like Incidents or Tasks)
Click on column picker (personalize list)
Search for reference fields like Approval for, Caller, Assigned to
Observation (as per screenshots):
In DEV, fields expand into multiple options (Contact, Consumer User, different Task types)
In TEST / Preprod, fields appear as a single simple reference
What I have already checked:
sys_ux_list is identical
sys_dictionary is identical
Workspace is the same
Data and conditions are the same
Question:
How can I enable the expanded reference field behavior (multiple table options) in TEST and Preprod, same as DEV?
