In Sow there is a right side panel icons.

We can hide them from 'SOW - Sidebar tabs top' we can go to settings from there and write a condition to hide them.

By going here we can hide.

But can some one suggest me is it recommended to directly edit this record as it is 'shared content record'

Is there any other way to hide this record and how. Which is the better way to hide.

Can some one please assist me through this

Hello @SReddyVinay

If Service Operations Workspace is going to be utilized by some teams in your instance who do not want to see this right side panel, then my recommendation is to learn, understand and adhere the Audience feature of Service operations workspace.

You can create a custom role as an example which you can add in the New Audience record by navigating to All > Now Experience Framework > Audiences

In the settings of this Page collection (your screenshot#2), under Audiences

, you can add the newly created audience with Active as unchecked(False):

Now you can impersonate user with samle role added in the new audience and validate whether this right side panel is visible to that user or not.

Hope that helps!

@Vishal Jaswal

Yes, as you mentioned, we can create a new audience and assign the role. However, this would hide it from all records, not just the interaction record. Can we hide only for interaction record by creating audience?

Hello @SReddyVinay

I believe this is not possible.

Hope that helps!

@Vishal Jaswal  I have one last doubt: is it okay to add a condition to hide it?
