Hello,
I wanted to get a sense if in the workspace under the interaction, can you send public comments so that you can share a KB article or a Catalog form with the client.
Additionally, once an interaction is logged and it is a request, it takes the agent to the portal to submit the catalog form on behalf of the client but there are scenarios where the client would like to fill that catalog form. How can we identify that it is a request and share the form with the client?
