Hello everyone,
We would like to understand whether ServiceNow supports or recommends either of the following approaches
- Change the "Request Exception" label to "Request Postponement"
- Prevent users from submitting a postponement/exception request when one or more required approvers do not have the necessary approval access.
- Display a pop-up message identifying the required approvers prior to submission and block the request until the access issue is resolved.
