Specific catalog items are not visible while try to request them through an interaction from SOW

Hi All,

Catalog items under 'Employee Services' category are not getting shown up in service operations workspace when tried to create a request from an interaction. I observed 'Employee Services' category it self not showing up in catalog category but all others are getting showed up.

Could you please help here.

are you trying with admin or non-admin?

are they seen on portal?

Hi Ankur, 

thank you for your response, I found out the solution, some how the specific catalog is missed in the list of Catalogs related list of portal page 'Service Workspace Portal'. When i added to the list, able to see the related catalog items.
