How to Move Changes Made in SOW to Another Instance

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a ServiceNow project and have made some changes in the SOW in one instance. I would like to move or migrate these changes to another instance.

Can someone please guide me on the best approach to do this
what changes are captured by default in update sets and what need to be manually added.
