Stage is different on SOW

I have submitted a request and made complete and stage is slowing "completed" in SOW
but when i check in platform, its "complete" why these difference occur

It appears that in the SOW, the stage is being set to "Completed" due to out-of-the-box (OOB) behavior. However, in the Platform UI, there is a customization in place that overrides the OOB behavior and sets the stage to "Complete" instead.
Please review the stage customization configured for the Platform, as it does not apply to the SOW
